Apple Brandy Cocktail

1 1/2 oz apple brandy
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp lemon juice

Pour the apple brandy, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Black And Fall Cocktail

3/4 ozcognac
3/4 ozCalvados® brandy
1/4 ozCointreau® orange liqueur
2 - 3 dashesPernod® licorice liqueur


Stir together in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

  Angel's Wing Cocktail


1/2 ozwhite creme de cacao
1/2 ozbrandy
1 tbsplight cream

Pour ingredients carefully, in order given, into a pousse cafe glass so that they do not mix. Serve without mixing.

3/4 ozbrandy
3/4 ozTia Maria® coffee liqueur
3/4 ozorange juice
3/4 ozcreme de noyaux
1 dashgrenadine syrup

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Dust with nutmeg, and serve.
